Yhteenveto:The objective of this research was to evaluate the physical and mechanical risks in order to estimate the Occupational Safety and Health of workers at the Aguardiente "Alcívar" factory. The study started with the diagnosis of the current situation through visits, meetings, surveys, evaluations of compliance with applicable regulations on OSH and SWOT analysis. Then, physical and mechanical risks were determined by identifying and quantifying them using technical matrices, checklists and surveys on three dimensions of vulnerability based on a Likert scale. Finally, physical and mechanical occupational risk prevention measures were established through a participatory process, based on the most representative results of the study. It was found that the factory complies with 66% of the legal requirements in terms of OSH, with a weakness being the low use of PPE in the areas where machinery is handled. In total, 26 physical and mechanical hazards were identified, with the most representative being the fall of persons at the same level and ambient temperature. The prevention measures provided collective guidelines to avoid, control, mitigate and reduce the impact of physical and mechanical risks, accidents, incidents and/or the occurrence of occupational diseases. It is concluded that mechanical and physical risks have a significant relationship (p-value <0.05) with workers' OSH; mainly influencing 4 affectations: muscular pain/discomfort, incoordination of movements, sensation of fatigue and tiredness.
