Propuesta de un diseño de estructura organizacional para la empresa pública de la ESPAM MFL

The present investigation had its purpose on the organizational structure design of the Public Company of the ESPAM MFL as an operation administrative tool. The bibliographic research was used to identify basic concepts of organizational methodology giving more relevance to the processes and competences design. Moreover, the benchmarking were valued as a technique applied to the research, highlighting the comparative tables of the Organic Statutes of the Public Companies created by Universities in Ecuador (ESPE-Innovative Ep, Yachai EP, Espol Tech EP, Produteq EP), relating to the Business Models implemented by each of the EP that served as a guideline for the elaboration of the statute of the ESPAM MFL-EP. Subsequently a methodology developed was chosen, in which it show the needs of clients and the organization. Also, a valuation tables were made for the different workplaces using the design by competences methodology that value the activities of the jobs. Finally macro processes, processes and sub-processes were defined. As a conclusion, the proposal was presented to the General Manager of the ESPAM MFL - EP, who was appreciated and determined that Organizational Structure will be socialized to the staff and included as a business model to follow.
