| Summary: | The objective of this research is to make a diagnosis to improve the level of satisfaction of a patient at the health district 13D06 by developing an improvement plan. For the purpose of this research a survey tool was used based on the Delphi method by applying it to all health centers that comprise the district, to know what is the perspective that they have around the service being provided. Once the data and results were tabulated, the respective analysis proceeded to determine that the majority of patients are satisfied with the service at health district 13D06. As for the qualitative analysis, it showed that the service received was good, indicating that patients are satisfied. However, there are centers that had regular levels of satisfaction such as Inés Moreno, Guayabales and The Estancilla. So the improvement plan aimed at reducing the levels of patient dissatisfaction, focusing on three important aspects such as administrative timing for admission procedures, waiting time to see a specialist, and the clarity of information provided by the secretaries, achieving the best alternatives to address the problems that have affected in various ways the patient satisfaction. |
