Tilføj Tag | Summary: | The present investigation was carried out with the purpose of evaluating the cooperative performance variables with focus on the Good Living of the savings / credit cooperatives of Orellana and Sucumbíos provinces. For the application of the study four phases were developed, in the first one an investigation of bibliographical sources was made where the existing variables were identified in the environment of topics such as Cooperativism, Popular and Solidarity Economy, Good Living and Corporate Social Responsibility included in the matrix of principles. After the previous considerations, phase two was carried out, where the evaluation tool was developed with the principles, variables, dimensions and indicators that were validated by the criterion of a group of experts to proceed with the purification using the torgerson mathematical model, and consequently in phase three the evaluation tool (survey) was applied to the managers, employees and partners of the ten cooperatives under study, where the data was tabulated and analyzed in order to know and determine the degree to which these cooperatives contribute to the achievement of Good Living, finally, through the cause-effect diagram, the causes that cause the low performance of the principles were identified and a plan of improvement actions for the principles with a lower level of compliance that allows them to eradicate the weaknesses found for that cooperatives improve their cooperative performance with a focus on Good Living and log the common good of its directors, employees and partners. |
