Achoimre:This research was carried out with the objective of determining the job satisfaction of the workers in the maintenance and cleaning areas at ESPAM MFL, where it was started from scientific and legal theories to help with the research support. In this way, by identifying the substantive activities performed by the workers of said entity, it was established that it has a qualified staff that effectively conserves efficient internal communication; however, the allocation of resources is scarce, on the other hand they do not have a manual of processes and procedures to organize the activities of the departments. Techniques were used to interview the representatives of the maintenance and cleaning areas in order to identify the activities performed by the workers, a survey of the workers was made in order to obtain the degree of job satisfaction they maintain when carrying out the activities in the departments. Subsequently, improvements to the problems found in the investigation were diagnosed through a causal analysis; which served as a guide to make the proposal of the improvement plan to strengthen the job satisfaction of maintenance and cleaning workers at ESPAM MFL.
