Achoimre:The objective of this study is to know the current state of the functions of technological innovation for the direction of actions that allow the improvement of the management of the Mantahost Hotel. The research is descriptive and explanatory with a mixed approach (qualitative-quantitative). The research process consists of three stages, the first one focused on the diagnosis of the current situation of the hotel allowing to determine its general characteristics, the current state of IT, the definition of the technological innovation functions developed in the company and its elements, mechanisms and actions carried out and their situation in the face of competition. In this phase the analysis and synthesis method, the interview technique and instruments such as the characterization sheet, Ishikawa diagram and matrix of the competitive profile were used. In the second phase, a list of indicators associated with IT functions was selected and validated through the experts method. Finally, the indicators associated with technological innovation functions were evaluated using the method of analysis and synthesis and the descriptive one. Once the results of the study were obtained, a Technological Development Plan was developed, which includes 10 improvement actions for the weak points identified in the evaluation.
