Se empleó la metodología Extreme Programming (XP), en cuya fase de planificación se definieron historias de usuario mediante entrevistas semiestructuradas y se documentaron los requisitos bajo el estándar IEEE 830. El diseño contempló diagramas UML y prototipos en Figma; el desarrollo se realizó con Laravel y Angular, integrando autenticación vía Firebase. Las pruebas incluyeron PHPUnit, JMeter y K6. Se aplicaron patrones de diseño y principios SOLID, lo que permitió construir una arquitectura escalable y mantenible.
