Propuesta para la mejora de los procesos de participación ciudadana en la gestión administrativa del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Parroquial de Quiroga

Citizen participation is known as that intervention that citizens have in decision-making in the administrative, social and political processes of state institutions. For this reason, the main objective of this research was to make a proposal to improve the processes of citizen participation in the administrative management of the Parish Autonomous Decentralized Government in Quiroga, and in this way promote the civil intervention of citizens. To fulfill the objective of this research, the inductive, deductive and analytical-synthetic method were applied. Also, techniques such as the interview were used, which will provide first-hand information, in the same way, to give greater support to the investigation, field, bibliographic and exploratory research was used. On the other hand, in order to verify compliance with the laws, a comparative analysis was carried out between the regulations of the GAD ordinances with the articles of the law that promote the bonding of citizens in the country. The results show that the level of cooperation of the citizens of this parish is not very high, due to the lack of knowledge about the mechanisms of citizen participation. Thus, based on these, a participatory management model is proposed, with strategies that contribute to the strengthening of the community's link with the governmental entities in Quiroga parish.
