Резюме:The objective of the study was to evaluate the effect of supplementation with the microorganisms Lactobacillus acidophilus, Sccharomyces cerevisiae and Bacillus subtilis in pregnant sows and their impact on productive parameters in piglets. An experimental design of completely randomized blocks was used, with three treatments (control without probiotic and application of probiotic at 5 and 10 ml) and eight blocks, where the blocking reason was the farrowing date. Twenty-four pregnant crossbred sows (50% Landrace; 50% York) were evaluated at 90 days gestation, each sow being an experimental unit. The assumptions of normality (Shapiro-Wilks) and homogeneity of variances (Levene) were verified. Subsequently, an analysis of variance (ANOVA, Kruskal-Wallis) was performed with verification of means by the Post Hoc Tukey method, and Dunn's test at 5% for medians. Additionally, a descriptive analysis of the data and an economic analysis of the experiments carried out were performed. The results show that the use of probiotics had no significant effect (p>0.05) on the number of piglets born alive, birth weight, or weight during the first and second week. However, weight at the third week was significantly higher in T2 (p<0.0002), as was weight at weaning (p<0.0001). No cases of diarrhea or mortality were recorded in the piglets of the three treatments. The economic analysis revealed that the control treatment (T0) presented better profitability, with a profit of $9.6.
