This methodological model has three key points in its development as a starting point a situational economic diagnosis, where the social characteristics is analyzed, political, environmental, perform, and overall assessment of natural and cultural resources through a tourist inventory, all this information above is summarized in a SWOT matrix with their respective strategies; as the midpoint market research which allowed to know the needs and the type of tourist who frequent in the study area, and also determined the current competition was held; the last point all collected and obtained information became sustenance to design an innovative product that was adapted to the needs of both domestic and foreign tourists with a diversified planning where tourism is promoted, making the society in the main beneficiaries. |
