Therefore, among the main results, it was highlighted that 122 of the people surveyed indicated that they regularly receive a quality service, likewise, 187 servers mentioned that the services offered by this address regularly meet their expectations. In this way, it is concluded that public services are an aspect of the utmost importance for the well-being of the citizens in El Carmen canton, therefore, the Social Development Directorate of the GAD of this canton is concerned with constantly improving its care and processes. carried out, however, users on several occasions indicate that there are shortcomings that intervene in their satisfaction. |

En el proceso se utilizó la investigación de campo y bibliográfica, de la misma forma los métodos que sirvieron para el desarrollo del estudio fueron el cuantitativo, inductivo y deductivo, mientras que las técnicas de recopilación de información que se utilizaron se encuentran la entrevista que fue realizada a la directora de la Dirección de Desarrollo Social del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del Cantón El Carmen y la encuesta, fue aplicada a los servidores públicos que laboran en la institución. Por tanto, entre los principales resultados se destacó que 122 de las personas encuestadas indicaron que regularmente reciben un servicio de calidad, asimismo, 187 servidores mencionaron que regularmente los servicios que ofrece esta dirección cumplen con sus expectativas.
