Zusammenfassung: | The present research work points out the process and cause of the evaluation of the efficiency and effectiveness of teleworking during the period of the pandemic in the public servants of the Education District 13D06-2020, under the fulfillment of the general objective of evidencing a final proposal improvement in service. In addition, it was decided to resort to different research methods, which agreed with the latent explanation of the particularities of the problem posed, the techniques, were in charge of collecting the necessary information for the development of the research, the types of research involved the foundation of the theories that were raised in the search, the tools, emphasizing the Likert Scale; consented to the evaluation of the efficiency and effectiveness of teleworking of public servants concerning the year 2020. Those mentioned above, allowed the analysis of the data obtained and the association of the variables under study. In the practice of the results, the description of the domain of the teleworking modality was carried out in accordance with the efficiency and labor effectiveness, then, the respective interview was applied to the director of Human Talent, jointly, a plan with improvement strategies was proposed according to the shortcomings found based on the results of the 39 surveys carried out; later, it was perfected with the worrying conclusions and recommendations linked to the stated objectives. Finally, strategies were designed to improve the job performance of public servants of the Education District 13D06, as a result of the investigation. |
