| description | The present research work points out the process and cause of the evaluation of the efficiency and effectiveness of teleworking during the period of the pandemic in the public servants of the Education District 13D06-2020, under the fulfillment of the general objective of evidencing a final proposal improvement in service. In addition, it was decided to resort to different research methods, which agreed with the latent explanation of the particularities of the problem posed, the techniques, were in charge of collecting the necessary information for the development of the research, the types of research involved the foundation of the theories that were raised in the search, the tools, emphasizing the Likert Scale; consented to the evaluation of the efficiency and effectiveness of teleworking of public servants concerning the year 2020. Those mentioned above, allowed the analysis of the data obtained and the association of the variables under study. In the practice of the results, the description of the domain of the teleworking modality was carried out in accordance with the efficiency and labor effectiveness, then, the respective interview was applied to the director of Human Talent, jointly, a plan with improvement strategies was proposed according to the shortcomings found based on the results of the 39 surveys carried out; later, it was perfected with the worrying conclusions and recommendations linked to the stated objectives. Finally, strategies were designed to improve the job performance of public servants of the Education District 13D06, as a result of the investigation. |

Finally, strategies were designed to improve the job performance of public servants of the Education District 13D06, as a result of the investigation.El presente trabajo de investigación, puntualiza el proceso y causa de la evaluación de la eficiencia y eficacia del teletrabajo durante el lapso de la pandemia en los servidores públicos del Distrito de Educación 13D06-2020, bajo el cumplimiento del objetivo general de evidenciar una propuesta final de mejoramiento en el servicio. Además, se optó por acudir a diferentes métodos de investigación, mismos que accedieron con la explicación latente de las particularidades del problema planteado, las técnicas, fueron las encargadas de recoger la información necesaria para el desarrollo de la indagación, los tipos de investigación implicaron el fundamento de las teorías que se plantearon en la búsqueda, las herramientas, enfatizando la Escala Likert; consintieron la evaluación de la eficiencia y eficacia del teletrabajo de los servidores públicos concernientes al año 2020. Aquellas mencionadas anteriormente, permitieron la realización del análisis de los datos obtenidos y la asociación de las variables en estudio. En la práctica de los resultados, se realizó la descripción del dominio de la modalidad teletrabajo en concordancia con la eficiencia y eficacia laboral, después, se aplicó la respectiva entrevista al director de Talento Humano, conjuntamente, se diseñó un plan con estrategias de mejora de acuerdo a las falencias encontradas con base a los resultados de las 39 encuestas realizadas; posteriormente, se perfeccionó con las concernientes conclusiones y recomendaciones coligadas a los objetivos planteados.
