Evaluación de la gestión administrativa del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Parroquial Rural de Bachillero del Cantón Tosagua en el período 2012-2015.

The aim of this research was to evaluate the administration of the Autonomous Government Decentralized Rural Parish Bachillero Tosagua Canton, in the period 2012-2015 for the implementation of this evaluation, wer used deductive, inductive and historical methods, they allowed collect relevant information to achieve the objectives, were used techniques like the interview, which identified the processes of administrative management; the survey to the people of the parish and its communities that helped determine the efficiency and effectiveness in the use of public resources managed by the AGD Parish, also descriptive statistical technique, where were exposed the applied results .clearly, was used the scientific research that allowed support the theoretical framework and field research because the information was obtained directly from the study place. Were applied financial ratios on the basis of the budget implementation of each of the years studied. From the results, was done a comparative analysis between the years 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015 where was achieved to reveal that the institution has a large percentage of financial dependence on the central government did not have its own resources and is not able to solve expenses and remuneration, for these reasons makes arrangements with the autonomous governments Provincial and Cantonal to meet the needs and requirements that occur daily in the Bachillero parish.
