সংক্ষিপ্ত:The proposal of the strategic plan for the School of Driving Sergio Oswaldo Zambrano Basurto S.CH. P.C., was a great contribution to its administrative management, because this is a methodology that helped the situational diagnosis of the institution and allowed to reform the organizational structure. In addition, field and bibliographic research – documentary was used. Supported by the deductive, inductive, analytical, descriptive and Delphi method. Techniques such as: bibliographic review, observation, interview, survey, PEST analysis, FODA matrix, MEFE, MEFI, and the five Porter forces were also used. With all the application, it was possible to identify the most suitable model such as Fred David," which focused on three components: the formulation, implementation and evaluation of strategies. While the realization of the diagnosis was established the macro and micro environment of the driving school, determining a strong internal factor as a whole with a value of 2.80, as well as a favorable external environment with a total of 2.62, proving that it has opportunities in the competitive environment. Therefore, based on Fred David's model, the proposal was developed. It sought to have an appropriate and committed leadership team, for administrative improvement optimizing and using resources, promoting the image of the institution as a leader in the professional field that it performs.
