Lägg till en tagg | Sammanfattning: | The research was conducted in the Research, Teaching and social Outreach Units of the Agricultural Polytechnic School of Manabi Manuel Félix López (ESPAM MFL), in order to diagnose the causes affecting the health of workers from loading activities and physical design of the job; considering three objectives: to review the literature related to ergonomic models diagnosis, implement specific procedures and propose an improvement plan. To comply with the proposition a searching for information about ergonomic models was performed, it also included specific procedures partially implemented through three stages, I. current situation regarding job security in the institution related to physical labor was analyzed and working environment giving a view of familiarization of most frequent causes of occupational risk positions were identified; II. The technical study allowed to know the shortcomings of workers at the time according to the physical characteristics of human space and thus know the real situation in which they perform their tasks; and affect the yield of the same, III. It focused on an improvement plan that ensures an ergonomic culture for increased quality of working life. |
