| Summary: | The study carried out in the Fortaleza del Valle Corporation, contemplated the diagnosis of the Human Talent Management, with the purpose of improving the administrative processes; through an analytical-synthetic, descriptive methodology, three phases were implemented for its development, in the first stage, the current situation in the management of the same was analyzed, through the application of instruments such as the interview and survey, supported by the direct observation that they supported the non-existence of roles, competences, responsibilities that allow the Human Talent department to be aligned with business objectives; after that in phase two, an administrative management model was proposed, making use of the theoretical analysis, selection of experts for the determination of the same and of the competencies in the design of job profiles, considering Delphi as a method of validation. Finally, in phase three, the functions and procedures of the Fortaleza del Valle Corporation were proposed, through the respective description of the process and its graphic representation, the previous diagnosis concluded on the need to structure a management model according to corporate requirements that includes the description and analysis of position, recruitment and selection, process of induction, evaluation and performance monitoring, given the lack thereof. |
