Through the tourist inventory three stages were identified by outstanding its height and distance by itself, the own community characteristics such as basic services, and accessibility were also determined. The strategic analysis helped to identify the main community strength, such as the interest for the ecotourism practice, being this an strategic point for establishing strategies for the solution of the problem, thanks to the SWOT matrix and the strategies; through the external perception analysis it was possible to determine the profile of the visitor by applying surveys. Phase II: Design of the ecotourism management plan: The mission, vision and goals were elaborated. For the area zoning the GPS was used for identifying three zones (sustainable, Ecotourism and public), the information was developed on maps of the zones by illustrating the extension and location of the same; a study of load capacity was made establishing the number of visitor per day; programs, subprograms and projects were developed in the matrix of strategies. Phase III: Control and monitoring: Essential for the actions evaluation which will be measured through the use of evaluation sheets. The research aims to direct the community towards development through the realization of ecotourism contributing to improve their quality of life and the conservation of the forest and its resources. |

The research aims to direct the community towards development through the realization of ecotourism contributing to improve their quality of life and the conservation of the forest and its resources.La tesis tiene como objetivo elaborar un plan de manejo ecoturístico que fomente la gestión sostenible del Bosque Primera Piedra y está fundamentada en tres fases; Fase I: Diagnóstico situacional: En la caracterización determinó delimitación, biodiversidad, extensión, economía. Mediante el inventario turístico se identificaron tres saltos destacado su altura y distancia entre sí, además se determinó las características propias de la comunidad como servicios básicos, accesibilidad. El análisis estratégico ayudo a identificar la principal fortaleza de la comunidad como el interés por la practicar ecoturística: siendo esto punto estratégico para establecer estrategias para la solución de la problemática, gracias al uso de la matriz FODA y de estrategias; a través del análisis de percepción externa se determinó perfil del visitante aplicando encuestas. Fase II: Diseñó del plan de manejo ecoturístico: Se estructuró la misión, visión, objetivos. Para la zonificación del área se utilizó el GPS identificando tres zonas (sustentable, ecoturística y pública), dicha información se plasmó en mapas de las zonas ilustrando la extensión y ubicación de las mismas; se estableció el número de visitante por día a través del estudio de capacidad de carga; se elaboraron programas, subprogramas y proyectos plasmados en la matriz de estrategias. Fase III: Control y seguimiento: Esencial para la evaluación de acciones que se medirán a través del uso de fichas de evaluación.
