Diseño de un manual para administrar los recursos a través de la estrategia de las 5´s en la industria Marialy-Calceta

The purpose of this research work was to design a manual for managing resources through the 5's strategy in Marialy industry, for which it raised two specific objectives, the first thing was to make a diagnosis to industry and the second in the design manual focuses on the administrative and operational areas. The methodology used was descriptive because it was established to study each one of the processes that make the most detailed and comprehensive as possible, for which we applied different techniques (interview, survey, observation sheet and SWOT matrix) which possible to analyze and identify Marialy competitive position in the local market. The results allowed us to know the path to take possession Marialy happened in the market as it is today, also met the acceptance it has on the people living in the Canton Bolívar. Furthermore, we analyzed each of the principles that includes the 5's strategy in relation to daily activities, proving the need for its implementation, taking into account that should maximize their strengths to minimize the effects of the threat . Finally work is concluded by noting the importance of the procedures manual, it indicates very thoroughly as they should to perform activities according to different functions, and what are the actions that should not be running.
