Ability to serve the public and private business sector, public agencies, educational institutions and in general to anyone who needs a place to stay in contact with the environment.El trabajo de investigación se diseñó con la finalidad de fomentar la nueva tendencia de turismo a nivel mundial, además de aumentar la competitividad turística en la región, para mejorar la calidad de vida de la población e impulsar la economía al encontrar una gran oportunidad de mercado en el área de turismo de naturaleza. Se determinó que los visitantes y habitantes del cantón Bolívar no tienen dónde realizar actividades recreativas en contacto con la naturaleza, para relajarse y distraerse del estrés que genera la vida cotidiana del trabajo. Se cree que al implementar un centro turístico comunitario, se va satisfacer esta necesidad asimismo aprovechar el gran potencial de mercado que existe. El centro turístico comunitario se diseñó en la parroquia Membrillo zona ideal para el turismo comunitario, ya que cuenta con caracteres apropiados para promover el turismo de naturaleza y desarrollar actividades como camping, alimentación, agroturismo, caminata por los senderos, compras en el taller de artesanías y participar de su elaboración.
