Тойм:A descriptive cross-sectional study to implement the Strategist of Health Promoting Schools at the Enrique López School of the Santa Lucia Program Unit in the Guayas Province in the universe of 353 boys and girls, socio- demographics and health problems, we applied the Situational Diagnosis tab to be evaluated using the Hanlow problem prioritization method, data were tabulated in the Microsoft Excel program.  Sociodemographic characteristics, the age of children aged 4 to 6 years, 20.1%, 7 to 9 years old, 40.8%, 10 to 12 year olds, 35.4% and those over 13, 3.6%; men 49.3% and women 50.7%. Most frequent health problems parasites 33%, IRAS 10.7%, dermatological problems 3.9%, vector diseases 0.97%, violence or maltreatment of children 17.5%, malnutrition 4.9% and oral problems 29.1%. According to these variants, the Annual Health Plan was designed applying the component of creating healthy environments and environments.  It is recommended that the school be included in Health Projects to improve lifestyles including health and environmental sanitation issues in the school curriculum, in order to strengthen healthy knowledge and practices inside and outside the educational establishment, including health and sanitation issues environmental in the school curriculum, in order to strengthen healthy knowledge and practices inside and outside the educational establishment.
