| Резюме: | The Nueva Esperanza Ltda. Savings and Credit Cooperative has not conducted an administrative management analysis, leading to inefficient task, resource, and effort allocation. The absence of internal control has resulted in suboptimal resource utilization, and the lack of administrative process evaluation has caused disorganization in both administrative and operational procedures. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze administrative management through a proposed internal control system to ensure the rational use of resources in the Nueva Esperanza Ltda. Cooperative, located in Riobamba, Chimborazo, for the 2022 period. The research methodology followed a qualitative approach, applying exploratory and descriptive levels, with a non-experimental, retrospective, and cross-sectional design since no study variables were manipulated, and the instrument was applied only once based on previous studies. The population included the cooperative's employees, and the study utilized various methods, techniques, and instruments, such as an interview with the cooperative’s manager and surveys conducted with employees. The findings revealed that the cooperative does not perform administrative management analysis, fails to provide employee training, and makes empirical decisions without considering administrative processes. Consequently, the study concludes that the cooperative lacks an effective administrative management system, which hinders proper process execution. Thus, an administrative management analysis should be developed with clear objectives and strategies aligned with the cooperative’s needs to contribute significantly to its efficiency and performance. |
