Los tres sustratos fueron: A1: 50 % humus, 40 % tierra negra, 10 % cascarilla de arroz, A2: 50 % compost, 40 % tierra negra, 10 % cascarilla de arroz y A3: 40 % aserrín, 50 % tierra negra , 10 % cascarilla de arroz; junto con tres tratamientos pre-germinativos, B1: Inmersión de la semilla en agua durante 24 horas, B2: Limado de punta de la semilla, B3: Inmersión de la semilla en agua caliente durante 3 segundos, y como testigo B4; se los separó en 12 tratamientos con tres repeticiones en donde: se contó las plántulas emergidas, midió la altura y contaron las hojas a los 60, 80, 100 y 135 días; también se realizó un análisis económico de presupuesto parcial. El mayor porcentaje de germinación se consiguió mediante el limado de punta de la semilla, con 100% en cada sustrato; las plantas mostraron mejor desarrollo en el sustrato compuesto por 50 % humus, 40 % tierra negra y 10 % cascarilla de arroz, junto al limado de semilla; se concluye que el tratamiento T6 es económicamente rentable, con una tasa de retorno marginal del 201,93 %. El uso de tratamientos pre-germinativos y sustratos mejoran la germinación y crecimiento de Erythrina sp., por lo que se recomienda usar semillas frescas para una mejor germinación. |

A randomized complete block experimental design (RCBD) was used, with a combined bifactorial arrangement, three types of substrates and four different pregerminative treatments. The three substrates were: A1: 50 % humus, 40 % black soil, 10 % rice husk, A2: 50 % compost, 40 % black soil, 10 % rice husk and A3: 40 % sawdust, 50 % black soil, 10 % rice husk; together with three pre-germinative treatments, B1: Immersion of the seed in water for 24 hours, B2: Filing of the seed tip, B3: Immersion of the seed in hot water for 3 seconds, and as a control B4; they were separated into 12 treatments with three replications where: the emerged seedlings were counted, the height was measured and the leaves were counted at 60, 80, 100 and 135 days; an economic analysis of partial budget was also carried out. The highest germination percentage was achieved by seed tip filing, with 100% in each substrate; the plants showed better development in the substrate composed of 50% humus, 40% black soil and 10% rice husk, together with seed filing. It is concluded that the T6 treatment is economically profitable, with a marginal rate of return of 201.93%. The use of pregerminative treatments and substrates improve germination and growth of Erythrina sp.
