This project search to implement a unisex spa in Guayaquil city, we know that the supply of this type of services have increased reasonably in the last years and don’t exist big entrances barriers nor exit for this market. The project involves the acquisition of new equipments and machines, leasing of a commercial local in the sector of the Guayaquil city called Urdesa, and the recruitment of 7 people to work in the business. For the implementation of this project, we hope count with own resources of the partner and a loan to a bank, in addition, this project count with big expansion opportunities, and positive cash projections since the first year of operations. |
