The proposed solution has been developed based on the Microsoft Solution Framework MSF, and contains modules Assessment and Criteria of Excellence, Macro Control Production Process and Control and Management Support, which is presented analysis, design and implementation of the Macro module Production Process Control and interoperability with the other module, the module comprises the processes of sale, PSA (product - service - application) and Aftermarket.
