Implementación de un sistema de control de gestión de permisos para personal administrativo basado en aplicaciones cliente - servidor

Permits and licenses are a right for employees, making it necessary to offer a service to control these rights, reliably and efficiently. Currently, checks on applications for permission it is performed manually and the existing record is in a diary or log book, which can get lost or damaged, breaking the duration set by the policies or requirements of the applicant. That is, there is not appropriate in the development process, not to mention that the person know the status of the processing. The proposed solution is to create a control module for personal rights management applications based on Client - Server, which helps support the decision to automate the management of licenses and permits, improving the performance of procedures within the company. The method is based on both receive applications for licenses and permits staff to validate the information necessary to grant the request and manage their approval. You inform the applicant the status of that process. The process ends by generating the appropriate document with the signatures and seals of responsibility.
