A total of 269 isolates were obtained and grouped into 6 genera: Geomyces (36,6%), Antarctomyces (26%), Thelebolus (12%), Mucor (24,2%), Mrakia (0,7%) and Cladosporium (0,4%). Among the identified genera, only Geomyces and Cladosporium showed growth at 25 ºC. Geomyces and Antarctomyces were the most frequent taxa.
