Análisis en el mercado local de la migración de un ingeniero hacia la administración

This investigation sets up how Telecommunication Engineers, who work in that area, develop their functions and skills from technique functions to administrative functions. This requires to know and manage their skills' development through their professional lives. They also need all the stuff that they learnt at the University, and the kind of knowledge (or preparation) they must get after University to reach Administrative functions in a company; taking the most important Telecommunication private companies around the country, as references to guide themselves. The target of this research is to stipulate the time that an Engineer needs to be promoted in Administrative functions, according to his/her potential. And we also want to establish if they are able to get superior duties. Finally, we are going to set up if the Engineer wants or tries to be independent in a specific time.
