The Control Management System is absolutely strategic because it sets achievable objectives and measurable strategies throughout the time by indicators and the results presented in the control board give information to take timely decisions. Finally, the Control Management System is dynamic, which implies that the organization must check every year its strategies, verify if the indicators should be reset, propose new initiatives that help the fulfillment of these objectives and verify that every person is tracking the results, in order to achieve the continuous improvement in the opportune time. |
