Opis
Streszczenie:With the present investigation was carried out the study of native microorganisms in two different ecological zones, these species were collected around flowering plants (angiosperms) that have documented attraction information about soil microbiot. We performed a preliminary characterization of the microorganisms found to establish differences and similarities between areas of this project however; we choose the same families of plants with different species showing the results of laboratory some similarities and differences between them. These results demonstrated a variability of morphological characteristics of bacteria, carried out biochemical tests as Catalase Test to determine the breathing process using bacteria to obtain energy is also carried out the oxidation-fermentation, was determined by this test whether the use of carbohydrates by a microorganism, is specify whether the colonies had found aerobic process (presence of oxygen), had an anaerobic process (no oxygen), or turn is determined whether the organism possessed metabolism optional (both processes). Colonies were found with interesting morphology, on the range of characteristics present in both communities at the level of bacteria; on biochemical tests as the Test of Catalase, we find an undeniable factor to the negative outcome, no matter what came from families or woodland isolation. In what has to do on respiration rate was found higher in optional breathing, followed by less percentages in aerobic and anaerobic respiration, respectively.
