Which is based on Transitional Provision regarding the form of delivery, due to its breach within the prescribed period expired in the first instance. Now depends on the Partial Veto of the executive. This thesis provides a synthesis of Reserve Founds and what would be the impact of this law in the Ecuadorian economy, analyzed by three hypotheses that are taken as economic variable: household income, household savings and consumption seen through the trade balance. |
