Ամփոփում:The automotive industry at world level carries out activities of assembling of parts. Which come from diverse suppliers around the world with different cultures and production models. To approach this problem, in the year 1995, the 3 bigger automotive companies of the world Motors GM, Chrysler and Ford emitted the document QS- 9000 so that all their suppliers develop, implant General and certify, for a third part, their systems of Insurance of the Quality. In Ecuador the assembler of vehicles GM is General Motors Omnibus BB who determined that the maximum date of certification for all the suppliers would be August of the year 2000. Additionally, settled down, as requirement, the upgrade of the certifications with the following versions QS-9000, ISO/TS 16949: 2000, 2002 and 2009 This Inform of Work Professional demonstrated that the application of statistical tools and of administration, it allows that an international standard organization small and technologically limited reach of acting in the design processes and it manufactures of its products. This was translated in an effective reduction of costs, increasing their productivity and the client's satisfaction. All this framed in a process of continuous improvement that included clients, manager, supervisors, workers and suppliers.
