Tras la petición inicial y la autorización de la máxima autoridad, Subsecretaria de Acuacultura, se procedió al levantamiento de información de los trámites existentes, así como al desarrollo de la arquitectura de procesos y la participación de los usuarios internos que intervienen en el sistema de monitoreo y control de solicitudes para la emisión de acuerdo. Durante las pruebas realizadas se fueron corrigiendo aspectos del sistema de monitoreo y control de solicitudes para la emisión de acuerdo, con el objetivo de lograr una correcta interacción del sistema con los usuarios internos. |

This system aims to systematize the processes that take place within the institution, providing inventory control. To develop the system an as free software known as BonitaSoft, and a database system known as PostgresQL were required. After the initial request and the approval of the highest authority, the elicitation of information was performed, as well as the development of the process architecture the various stakeholders involved in the monitoring and of the control of applications for issuing agreements participated in the development of the system.
