Company dedicated to the sale of printing equipment and supplies; it´s technology infrastructure has been in trouble performing daily operations, because all it´s is performed in a manual form. This summary seeks to detail the best technology solution in different levels: In software, hardware and telecommunications. Software: I suggest the acquisition of an integrated system that contains all of requirements of different departments of the company that requires a improvement for each manual process that it´s has, develop a website, acquires an internet domain and external email accounts for users communication with customers of the company. Hardware: I suggest the improvement of computer equipment: servers, workstations, printers terminals, infocus, etc. Telecommunications: I suggest the acquisition of communication equipment for the correct exchange of information between the two branches that the company has. |
