Aggiungi Tag | Riassunto: | This proposal is based upon the sustainable development of the economy of a farm, whose agricultural activities might be associated with tourism. The expected result is the use of the resources found in place in order to generate new ways of living, according to agriculture operations that bring visitors to a farm for educational and recreational purposes. We present a description of the general physical, social, economic and cultural characteristics of a farm as well as the benefits and limitations of the site. We also took into account the conventional elements of the tourism system: attractiveness, places, infrastructure and superstructures. Finally, we design a model of an agritourism farm identifying the present conditions and suggesting improvements for more functional and pleasantactivities. The result will be a great opportunity for the farm families to have an additional diversity of offers to increase income, developing agriturism until it will become in the principal activity. This proposal will serve as a model to other farms of the county and other places of similar characteristics. |
