Tag hinzufügen | Zusammenfassung: | This work unfolds the way it reduced the time of compilation of technical specifications Folders (CET) of a metal tube using a computer system under the principles of Lean Six Sigma methodology. Data collection for development of the analysis prior to developing the system was conducted during 2007. The main objective was to reduce the time of compilation of technical specifications Folders as customers complained that the pipes were manufactured and folders for technical specifications of the product yet. It does all the Lean Six Sigma process, and automates the process for the development of the CET, they finally made new samples and we concluded that the enhancement provided, yielded excellent results. The application of Lean Six Sigma methodology achieved a monthly savings of $ 3200, these savings would justify so much higher than the investment that was made to launch the project. |
