Özet:This project poses the alternative investment to implement a call center in the city of Machala incorporating sales of broadband and fixed telephony as an added value, since by an excellent service in which we prioritize, fully optimizing the satisfaction of customers who need technical assistance or to order our products. The added value is to provide our potential customers phone lines and broadband internet facility, this means a good service that is provided by our operators to call center, which will leave a good image for CNT and thus go spread them throughout the community as our service and products they represent a worthwhile investment in their daily lives, as it is at this time to be communicated and globalized. The demand that we wish to bid in the fifth year is fixed at 70091.15 and 94914.63 clearly we meet and get our product to users who do not yet have the product.
