Relaciones intergubernamentales y federalismo en Argentina: del presente al futuro Relaciones Nación - Municipios, el eslabón emergente del federalismo argentino

Este artículo tiene por objetivo analizar los vínculos existentes entre el gobierno central y los gobiernos locales en el marco del federalismo argentino, tomando asimismo en cuenta el rol que la instancia provincial ocuparía en esta emergente relación. El mismo se enmarca en los estudios sobre la evolución de relaciones intergubernamentales (RIG) a la luz de la reconfiguración de la frontera funcional entre niveles de gobierno ocurrida en las últimas décadas. This article aims to analyze the existing links between the central government and local governments within the framework of Argentine federalism, also considering the role that the provincial instance would play in this emerging relationship. It is part of the studies on the evolution of intergovernmental relations (IGR) considering the reconfiguration of the functional border between levels of government that has occurred in recent decades.
