El mismo se enmarca en los estudios sobre la evolución de relaciones intergubernamentales (RIG) a la luz de la reconfiguración de la frontera funcional entre niveles de gobierno ocurrida en las últimas décadas. This article aims to analyze the existing links between the central government and local governments within the framework of Argentine federalism, also considering the role that the provincial instance would play in this emerging relationship. It is part of the studies on the evolution of intergovernmental relations (IGR) considering the reconfiguration of the functional border between levels of government that has occurred in recent decades. |
