Neoextractivismo y despojo :

El concepto de extractivismo proviene de una larga tradición teórico-académica y de luchas sociales vinculadas a los procesos de extracción de recursos naturales, y a emprendimientos de gran escala como la megaminería a cielo abierto, la explotación hidrocarburífera y los agronegocios basados en los transgénicos, entre otros. En los últimos años, y vinculado con el concepto de urbanismo neoliberal, se ha comenzado a estudiar el extractivismo desde el espacio urbano y su conformación. El objetivo del presente trabajo es vincular el concepto tradicional de extractivismo con los fenómenos urbanos que se desarrollan en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires en los últimos 10 años y la explotación del recurso natural por excelencia que la compone: el suelo urbano. A la vez, analizar la relación del Estado y el capital privado y de cómo este último se configura como un factor determinante para la elaboración de políticas públicas de desarrollo urbano y de la implementación del modelo de neoextractivismo urbano en la Ciudad. The concept of extractivism comes from a long theoretical-academic tradition and from social struggles linked to natural resource extraction processes, and to large-scale ventures such as open-pit mega-mining, hydrocarbon exploitation and agribusiness based on transgenics, among others. In recent years, and linked to the concept of neoliberal urbanism, it has begun to study extractivism from the urban space and its conformation. The objective of this work is to link the traditional concept of extractivism with the urban phenomena that are developed in the City of Buenos Aires in the last 10 years and the exploitation of the natural resource par excellence that composes it: urban ground. At the same time, analyze the relationship of the State and private capital and how this relationship is configured as a determining factor for the elaboration of public policies of urban development and the mplementation of the model of urban neoextractivism in the city.
