From a territorial or sectoral point of view, foresight exercises represent one of the most useful tools in the planning process. If a prospective exercise incorporates a territorial perspective, its scope will be much more important. However, governments in Latin America do not seem to be very interested in this important tool. This paper reviews the practices of territorial foresight in the case of Mexico. |
