En la parte final se proponen algunas hipótesis acerca de la movilización en contra del gobierno de Gutiérrez. Sugiere que no son válidas las explicaciones de racismo y de temor clasista. Enlaza la explicación al surgimiento de reivindicaciones democráticas originadas tanto en los bajos rendimientos del sistema político como en el carácter dictatorial que iba tomando el último gobierno. |

It analyses into the field of the social mobilizations that preceded each one of those facts, with special reference to its social composition and the objectives of its members. In the final part, some hypotheses are set out about the mobilization against Gutiérrez’ government. It suggests that explanations of racism and clasism are not valid.
