Juntamente con nuestra Carta Pastoral duodécima, habíamos dirigido ciertos avisos á la prensa periódica, con el objeto de hacer cesar las publicaciones injuriosas al Clero, y de preparar el restablecimiento de la paz y concordia entre las diversas clases de la sociedad ecuatoriana.
