Prospectiva territorial para el desarrollo regional sostenible de la zona de frontera colombo-ecuatoriana

El objetivo de la presente investigación, es proponer un modelo de escenarios para el desarrollo regional sostenible de 13 municipios ubicados en la zona fronteriza colombo – ecuatoriana al sur del departamento de Nariño. Para ello, es necesario utilizar las herramientas de prospectiva territorial hacia el año 2.040. Se establece la importancia del desarrollo de políticas públicas que tengan relación con la infraestructura, innovación, comercio internacional, educación y desarrollo económico. Se movilizó a colaboradores/expertos que mediante la aplicación del método Delphi identificaron las variables clave, actores relevantes y escenario apuesta ajustados a los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible (ODS). The objective of this research is to propose a model of scenarios for the sustainable regional development of 13 municipalities located in the Colombian-Ecuadorian border zone in the south of the department of Nariño. For this purpose, it is necessary to use the tools of territorial prospective towards the year 2040. The importance of the development of public policies related to infrastructure, innovation, international trade, education and economic development is established. Collaborators/experts were mobilized who, through the application of the Delphi method, identified the key variables, relevant actors and betting scenario adjusted to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
