Riassunto:Thinking about the actors of popular and solidarity economy (EPS) as subjects of economic and social inclusion policies is a challenge that mobilizes the government, and is an issue that, because of urgency and importance, has managed to settle on the public agenda and position itself in the various daily domains of today.This study presents the participation of associations (EPS) of textile production and food services in relation to participation in public purchase, from the reality lived by the actors and their contribution to the socioeconomic inclusion. In the context of the public market, the explanatory theoretical framework is identified to analyze the relationships of the actors and how they influence the inclusive public purchase, as a mechanism of participation. Finally, to know the contribution of the associations of EPS in the public purchase for the social and solidarity economy (SSE). The methodology is based on the qualitative-quantitative approach of participatory devices analysis (catalog) and the interaction of the associations with them from case studies. In the field work the search for concrete information allowed to collect data, the speeches and behaviors of the actors involved to arrive at the final conclusions.
