For this study, a qualitative research methodology was use based on official documents, academic articles, the observation of the Workshop on Transversalization of Disaster Risk Management at UNASUR, held on July 21 and 22, 2016, and conducting interviews with key informants. What was expected from this research was to be able to demonstrate that the mainstreaming of public policies is an effective South-South cooperation mechanism and that it countries closer together. |
