Achoimre:The present research proposes that in order to reach the social and solidarity economic system in Ecuador, it is necessary to strengthen the organizations of popular and solidarity economy since many of them, present a positive deviation with solidaristic or cooperative solidarity behaviors, different from capitalist logics, this task is in charge of the public institutions created for this purpose and the same organizations, in this process has been left out the factor of intersubjective relationship, which is inherent to the human being working in this sector, there is no methodology In order to work this social cohesion, for this reason in this research, the TCI Integrative Community Therapy is presented as an anti-systemic methodological proposal, which can contribute to the change of the ideological matrix necessary for the organizations to pass from an instrumental sustainability, With profit at the end of the month , To a comprehensive sustainability where each human being that makes up this sector is aware and actively participates in the transition to that other economy, we also present the results of two cases of organizations where the TCI methodology was applied experimentally, to promote intersubjectivity As a factor of social cohesion and sustainability.
