Adicionar Tag | Resumo: | The sustainable architecture and its inclusion in the Land Use and Management Plan of the Metropolitan District of Quito, forward an environmental perspective, it is the central topic of the discussion. According to different authors and experts, it is presented twelve (12) fundamental guidelines, which are aligned with the Sustainable Goals of Development (SGDs), especially with the objective 11: sustainable cities and communities. The analysis results, developed with the application of the MICMAC method, present how the vision of sustainable architecture should be implemented, where the actions should be framed in a coordinated planning with objectives in short, medium, and long term, considering the major guidelines that employ direct and indirect with higher influence. Therefore, it is evident the necessity of a public policy framework, to formalize technical rules towards an architecture with the acceptable standards. The policies’ structure is presented with a problems and objectives trees, justifying two (2) proposed scenarios for decision making. |
