Análisis del tratamiento en Ecuador de la trata infantil con fines de explotación laboral durante el período 2008 al 2017

This paper analyzes the processing of child trafficking for labor exploitation in Ecuador during the period 2008 to 2017. The analysis was carried out through qualitative research, the analytical method and information collection techniques, the bibliographic technique and the document analysis technique were used. In the first chapter the topics of human trafficking were developed from the theories of international relations and the approach of human rights, child trafficking in the international legal field and its purposes of exploitation, dividing line of child trafficking for the purpose of exploitation labor and child labor. In the second chapter, the programs, action plans and regulations of the Ecuadorian State were investigated in order to eradicate trafficking in persons, especially children, and in the third chapter, cases of child trafficking for the purpose of labor exploitation were studied in Cotacachi canton and Otavalo.
