To narrow this research, it was chosen Manta-Huancavelica community, being one of the areas most affected by violence, between the period of 1984-1994.In this sense, the resarch work I propose draws on gender and human rights for consideration in the role of international organizations in the creation, efectiveness and influence of international norms and standards in the prosecution of this crime. |
