This statement along with the use of qualitative methods was included to analyze the public policy effectiveness, which include the work inclusion of 4% of people with disabilities, in a comparative study among three main companies in the hydrocarbon strategic sector in Ecuador. The aim was to know whether these policies get an effectivity inclusion of these people. |
